Thank you for your response. As it stands, we do have a few automatic trucks. We do require potential drivers to complete a road test on one of our 18-speed trucks to ensure that they know how to operate in a safe and effective manner, as something might come up and you would need to utilize another truck.
If that is something that you would be comfortable with, I would be keen on bringing you in for an interview and road test to see how it goes.

Unfortunately ue to injuries pertaining to H.I.3 I am able to perform all tasks yet choose to not want to drive in a setting with clutch braking, double clutching & or power shifting that does not risk damage to syncros
No rev matching splitting & shifting in the right rpm range or risk grinded gears in the sweet spot on 13 & 18 speed splitters with jake brake
Automatic or bust. It's 2023. Dino shift without me. Sorry
Overheating brakes on air brakes with automatics is a different perspective

- Proper down shitting & acceleration
- Fuel line to raise rev while matching speed using engine to brake or jake brake switch (switch on hit fuel line not brake line... hover brake line as engine brake is fuel line controlled)
Tail swing

- Rear wheel clearance (to void hitting curb or objects & people)
- Mirror view plus choice in lane before turning to fit vehicle into lane or tight places

We are seeking a Class 1 Long Haul Driver to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW).
· Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
· Load and unload cargo
· Properly track and document activity log
· Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
· Inspect truck before and after trip
· Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields
· Commercial driver’s license
· Ability to handle physical workload
