Foreign neuro-tech labs hooking up citizens to monitor & or monitor & control then effectively having them relocated into Canada to obtain a Visa then PR card before then citizens ship to use the Canadian social assistance programs while holding them down in simple lives rather than native birth or the country the human being was living in including United States of America 

This is & has become a problem

Another problem in Canada is foreign threat labs popping up preying in different children, teenagers & adults then domestic threat labs operating privately or with Government then different foreign - domestic lab collaborations 

The effort often involves holding affected persons in selected basic to midIves or using them in different public or non-public positions

Innocent children, teenagers & adults live through a lot of pain & die painfully with no way to protect themselves 

The most pathetic aspect: tax dollars used to support social welfare & disability payments for these labs to hold victims down wirelessly as prisoners named assumed alleged threats even if they are not 

The danger of using such technology if a subject works somewhere & or drives on a road or in general is around other people or animals, mammals & insects if the lab locks in their consciousness & takes vocal, physical & psychological control of their bodies partially fighting for control or almost fully less so taking almost total control 

The labs often use all walks of life from those at the bottom on welfare or even the disabled to more accomplished interests then also criminals, frauds & cheats or liars
